On the nose it is fragrant, displaying intense aromas of yellow fruits such as apricot and peach, with refreshing notes of green apple and melon, lemon zest and aromatic herbs. On the palate it is clean and fresh with explosive bubbles filling the palate, providing a smooth and enveloping texture. The end is marked by pure yellow stone fruits and apple notes. Ideal with sweet or savoury appetizers made from dried fruits, nuts and pastry.
