Pagos de Araiz Roble
50% Tempranillo, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Graciano. Each varietal was processed individually. After malolactic fermentation, each wine spent an average of 6 months in a combination of French and American Oak Bordeaux casks, the time dependent on each varietal, before blending during the final assemblage. Very open, clean aromas of blackberry, licorice, and hints of the forest fruits mixed with spicy notes. A sweet touch of milky coffee with cinnamon complements the wine’s fruity expression. Persistent with mild tannins.
