Spinning Top Sauvignon Blanc
The fruit was sourced from the Waihopai, Upper Wairau and Awatere Valley’s, all famous for producing the best quality Sauvignon Blanc in Marlborough. Fermentation was long and cool enhancing the fruit flavours of lime, tropical fruit and passionfruit. Post fermentation the wines were lees stirred weekly for one month to add texture and complexity. The wines were blended, stabilized and filtered. The nose has enticing combination of citrus notes and tropical fruit characters. The palate weight has fineness with subtle acidity and excellent length.
